The discussion of the project Regulations on a unified environmental monitoring system in the Kyrgyz Republic
On September 12, 2018 in the conference hall of State Agency of Environmental Protection and Forestry (SAEPF) under the Government of Kyrgyz Republic, the meeting was conducted with interested parties of ministries and departments, also with NGOs Kyrgyzstanon discussions of the project Regulations on a unified environmental monitoring system in the Kyrgyz Republic.
International experts of the Programme Office OSCE in Bishkek Askar Abduvaliev and Taisiya Neironova presented the documents to SAEPF for the public discussion. During the course of document discussion, international experts Timur Yunusov and Nazgul Turdumatova presented the comprehensive and full-fledged document that includes the interests of all structures and departments involved to the monitoring of environment in Kyrgyzstan.
They presented the document, which in its approval will help to systematize all the departmental approaches to monitor activities and summarize the materials in a single monitoring document. Also, they represented the objectives and mechanism on creation of the Regulation. By this, they offer to simplify the objectives of the state ecological departments on conducting the monitoring with current indicators and approve the unified normative document , allowing to cover all the areas of monitoring activities for the creation of the unified database on the environment.
