On June 5, 2024, the Aarhus Center in the city of Osh organized an action in the dendrological park of Osh State University (OshSU).

The event was attended by heads of the department, teachers and students of the Faculty of Natural Science, Tourism and Agricultural Technologies of Osh State University, and specialists from the Aarhus Center. A total of 15 people took part.

Participants of the action were provided with detailed information about June 5th “World Environment Day”.

Teachers who made a great contribution to the organization of environmental events were presented with letters of gratitude from the Aarhus Center and the Youth Committee of the city of Osh.

The heads of the departments were presented with the books “Specially Protected Natural Areas of the Western Tien Shan in Kyrgyzstan.”

During the action, the park area was cleared and trees were watered.
