On April 1, 2026, the Aarhus Centre in Bishkek took part in a consultation meeting organized by the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek with its partner organizations in Kyrgyzstan. These organizations have been collaborating for several years on various projects within the economic and environmental sectors.

The primary objective of the meeting was to review the results of joint activities conducted in 2025 and to share information regarding upcoming plans for 2026. The event opened with welcoming remarks from the Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, Ambassador Dr. Volker Frobarth, and the Head of the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. A. Atakhanov.

Following the opening remarks, National Advisors of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek delivered presentations outlining the past year’s activities and future objectives. These presentations were followed by a productive discussion among the partners, during which they evaluated the work results and shared proposals for continuing cooperation in the coming year.
