A training was held for the employees of aiyl okmotu in Issyk-Kul
On August 26, 2021, in the conference hall of the Tyup District State Administration, with the financial support of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, a training was held on the topic “Normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection. Normative legal acts adopted by local self-government bodies “for workers of rural administrations and ayil keneshes of the Tyup region, organized by the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center.
The purpose of the training is to inform employees of rural administrations, ayil keneshes about the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection, to improve their professional level in working with regulatory legal acts.
The training was opened by the akim-head of the Tyup regional state administration K. Adiev. He noted the importance of conducting such trainings, employees should be aware of all changes made to regulations, know all laws and conventions applicable to their activities. At the end he expressed gratitude to the organizers.
The manager of the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center S. Tursunakunov made a presentation on the principles of the Aarhus Convention, the activities of the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center for 2019-2020 and answered the questions of the participants.
In the next part of the training, trainer A. Bukarova informed the participants about the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection, about the regulatory legal acts adopted by local self-government bodies, about environmental violations, about the types and amounts of penalties, about the measures taken by local self-government bodies.
The participants discussed the questions on regulatory legal acts that arise in their daily work, received answers to their questions, shared experiences, exchanged opinions. During the training, the participants received detailed information about the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the end, the participants consolidated their knowledge by answering written questions. Each participant was awarded certificate.
