In accordance with program plans for 2024 and in accordance with the implementation of the Presidential Program “Jashyl Muras”, Aarhus Centers held seedling planting campaigns on April 13 in the cities of Cholpon-Ata and Naryn.

In the city of Cholpon-Ata, up to 150 people took part and 200 different plantings were planted. The action was attended by the work teams of children’s institutions “Solnyshko”, “Gmeiner”, teachers and students of senior classes of the school-gymnasium named after A. Osmonov, the staff of the municipal enterprise “Zelenstroy” at the mayor’s office of the city of Cholpon-Ata, employees and volunteers of the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center.

In the city of Naryn, in the Mazar-Bulak Park, the team of the Naryn Aarhus Center organized the planting of green spaces, in which employees of the Naryn Department of Ministry of Natural Resources, ECoogy and Technical Supervision, the Karatal-Zhapyryk Natural Park, the team of the Bugu Maral Nature Reserve, city residents, and students of Naryn University took part. A total of 160 seedlings (pine, birch, poplar) were planted.
