In September-October, the Aarhus Center in Bishkek, together with experts from the laboratory of the State Committee for Ecology and Climate, conducted annual monitoring of the state of the environment in Talas, Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions. This year, the survey of rivers flowing near the cities of Talas and Karakol, city garbage dumps of Karakol and Naryn were analyzed. These activities are aimed at a joint study of the state of the environment and nearby settlements near places where there are human waste.

After studying and conducting laboratory studies, the materials will be sent to the environmental services of the region, local self-government bodies. These data will be included in the database of the Aarhus Center in Bishkek for monitoring the state of the environment through annual monitoring of dynamics.
