On March 17, 2017 in the conference hall of the Issyk-Kul territorial administration SAEPF seminar was held. This seminar was organized jointly by the SAEPF, the OSCE Centre in Bishkek and the Aarhus Centre in Bishkek, where trained staff of environmental services in the region and non-governmental organizations through the application of environmental legislation in the resolution of conflicts with the surrounding environment violators under the Aarhus Convention.

The seminar was attended by the staff of the Issyk-Kul territorial department of the SAEPF, the Issyk-Kul department of the GIETB, the Issyk-Kul regional center for development and education of the population, the Association of the Issyk-Kul region Alliance of NGOs. Training was conducted by staff and consultant experts from the Aarhus Center in Bishkek.

At the end of the seminar, the 2nd edition of the collection of normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2009-2016 was presented, which was jointly developed with UNDP in the Kyrgyz Republic, the OSCE Center in Bishkek, SAEPF and the Aarhus Center in Bishkek. This collection includes all laws and codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, Decrees of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Decrees of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Regulations, and other environmental protection measures adopted in 2009-2016.
