A training was held in the village of Teploklyuchenka in Issyk-Kul region
On June 15, 2022, in the village of Teploklyuchenka, in the assembly hall of the Ak-Suu district state administration, a training was held on the topic “Regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection. Powers of local self-government bodies”, organized by the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center.
Employees of aiyl okmotu, aiyl keneshes, deputies of Ak-Suu district took part in the training.
The purpose of the training is to improve the professional level of employees of aiyl okmotu, aiyl keneshes, training in the application of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection.
The welcoming speech was delivered by the head of the office of the Ak-Suu District State Administration G. Yrsalieva, who noted the need to raise awareness of the basics of laws, codes and instructions in the field of environmental protection. This seminar will allow people from the environmental sphere to use the knowledge gained in their work in the future.
In turn, the manager of the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center S.Tursunakunov shared with the participants information about the Aarhus Convention, about the work of the Issyk-Kul Aarhus Center for 2020-2021, answered the questions of the participants.
Before the start of the training to test the level of knowledge, the participants answered pre-test questions. In the second part of the training, coach A. Bukarova told the participants about the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of environmental protection, about the amounts of fines provided for by the Code of Offenses, about the powers of local self-government bodies, about measures. which should be taken by the aiyl okmotu in relation to violators.
The participants of the training were interested in such issues as responsibility for the disposal of garbage in unidentified places, for the burning of garbage and leaves, the amount of fines provided for these violations, who and how creates commissions to review such violations, how fines will be paid, preparation of documents for landfills.
At the end of the training, the participants answered post-test questions and voiced their suggestions. According to the results of the training, the participants were awarded certificates. Chairman of the ayyl Kenesh of the village of Kerege-Tash E. Tultaev noted that during the training he received a lot of useful information and expressed gratitude to the organizers.
