October 3, 2016 in the city of Osh in the building of the State Inspection on Environmental and Technical Safety of Osh a ceremony of opening of the resource center for training specialists was held. This center was opened with the financial support of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek with participation of Aarhus Center of Osh. Advisor for Environmental Affairs of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek, Mr. Dmitry Prudtskih, environmental program manager, Mr. Eduardo Da Ros, Senior assistant of the department for environmental and economic programs, Mr. Erali Payziev participated this event. During the opening of the center the OSCE Centre in Bishkek gave computers, equipment and tools that will be used for seminars, training, retraining and training of personnel of SIETS.
