Climate change awareness training for students
On September 23, 2021, a training for students on climate change awareness was held at the Aarhus Center in Osh. This event is organized by the Aarhus Center within the framework of the project “Promoting a green economy and environmental management”. The training was attended by teachers and students of the faculties of Biology and Geography of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University (KUMU) named after B. Sydykov, Osh State University, Osh Technological University and Osh State Pedagogical University. A total of 18 people participated.
At the opening of the training, the director of the Aarhus Center, K. Isabaev, spoke about the activities of the Aarhus Center.
Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of KUMU named after B. Sydykov Samieva Zh.T., noted the importance of the activities carried out jointly with the Aarhus Center for youth and students. She also encouraged students to actively participate in future activities of the Aarhus Center.

At the end of the training, the participants were informed about the planned debates and scientific-practical conference “Climate Change” for youth and students.
