Training for inspectors of the Batken Territorial Administration of the State Committee for Ecology and Climate of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCEC KR) on filling out protocols and inspection reports.
On November 4, 2021, a training was held at the Batken Territorial Administration of the State Committee for Ecology and Climate of the Kyrgyz Republic. This event was organized by the Aarhus Center of Osh city within the framework of the project “Promoting green economy and environmental management” in cooperation with the Batken territorial department of the State Committee for Ecology and Climate of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The event was attended by inspectors of the Batken Territorial Administration of the SCEC of the Kyrgyz Republic, Batken, Leilek and Kadamzhai districts. A total of 15 people participated.
At the opening of the training, the director of the Aarhus Center K. Isabaev spoke and informed the participants about the activities of the Aarhus Center, expressed his readiness to conduct environmental events with the regional departments of the Batken region.
Aarhus Center specialist A. Matisayev provided detailed information about the order of the State Committee for Ecology and Climate of the Kyrgyz Republic on the temporary use of old forms, on the inspection report, the correct completion of the protocols, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on violations, environmental passports of economic and other activities, normative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on the protection of atmospheric air and methods to establish standards for maximum permissible discharges of pollutants into water bodies. He also talked about the current state of solid waste landfills, about places where unlicensed production work is being carried out, non-reclaimed facilities, about wastewater treatment plants in the Batken region, marked on the ecological map on the website www.ecomap.kg.
Senior Inspector of the Leilek district, expert A. Maripov shared in detail his experience in filling out inspection reports, protocols, resolutions and other documents during environmental inspections. He suggested that the state inspectors study in detail once again on the environmental block of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on violations.
The participants of the training discussed and shared their experience in drawing up protocols and inspection reports. It was also suggested to make videos on respect for the environment.
The head of the Batken Territorial Administration of the SCEC KR Umarov B. noted the importance of the events held, such as a round table, training for inspectors and thanked the Aarhus Center for holding these events.
During the training, Batken TV prepared special information and showed it in an informational news program.
At the end of the training, 75 posters were distributed on the types of animals, birds and plants listed in the Red Book of the Kyrgyz Republic.
