Will Kyrgyzstan be able to reduce greenhouse gas emissions?
The process of preparing proposals for NDCs began back in 2015, when Kyrgyzstan adopted and ratified the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. Thus, the country has committed itself to submit its proposals for the implementation of NDCs in the Kyrgyz Republic every 5 years, aimed at improving the climate. This problem is a priority for all countries and each of them is working out its own measures in accordance with the commitments made.
